🚀 Getting Started
1
Create or Enter Your Workspace
Each team or family has a unique workspace code. Create one if you're new, or enter an existing code to join.

Log In as Admin
The default Admin PIN is 0000. Go to ⚙️ Admin tab to change it and add your members/accounts.

Add Members / Accounts
In Admin tab, tap + Add to create accounts. Each gets a name, 4-digit PIN, currency (₱ or $), and edit permission.

Share Your Workspace Code
Send your workspace code and the app link to your team. They enter the code → choose their name → enter their PIN.

Start Tracking!
Go to 🏠 Home → tap your account → tap + Add Entry. All data syncs instantly to the cloud.

Home
See total balance across all accounts. Tap any account to view and add entries. Shows monthly IN, OUT, NET and running balance.

Daily
See all entries for any specific day. Pick a date using the date picker or tap Today. Shows IN, OUT, NET and running balance up to that day.

Weekly
Entries grouped into 4 weeks per month. Tap ✏️ to set custom date ranges for each week. Great for payroll tracking.

Summary
Four views: Monthly (by category), Yearly (tap any month to expand entries), By Source (Cash/GCash/Bank), Categories (all-time totals).

Statement
Generate a printable account statement for any date range. Filter by person and download as HTML.

History
Full list of all entries sorted newest first. Filter by account or by IN/OUT. Admin can see all accounts.

Change Admin PIN, add/edit/delete accounts, lock past months to prevent editing, manage categories.

Multiple currencies: Each account can use ₱ (Peso) or $ (Dollar). Set this when adding a member in Admin tab.

Lock past months: In Admin tab, toggle the lock on any month to prevent members from editing old entries.

Auto-suggest categories: Type a description like "grocery" or "meralco" and the category is suggested automatically.

Add to Home Screen: iPhone: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: tap ⋮ → Add to Home Screen. Works like an app!

Cloud sync: All data is saved to the cloud instantly. Open on any device, any browser — your data is always there.

Forgot PIN? Ask your Admin to reset it in the ⚙️ Admin tab → Edit the account → Enter new PIN.
